Daily Intelligence

Owned analysis,
delivered daily.

Your competitive landscape, synthesized by your own AI. No cloud fees. No external LLM dependency. No data residency questions.

The Intel briefing system automates the work of a dedicated analyst — daily monitoring, pattern detection, week-over-week synthesis — and places it under your control. Built for researchers, investigators, competitive intelligence teams, and operators who need speed without compromise.

Every brief signed against a live pulse_id · verifiable in any browser

Paused — no active collection

The proving engagement — a paid 30-day proof-of-concept — closed 2026-05-12, paid in full, and its collectors were shut down with it. Everything below is a closing snapshot of what ran, plus the shape we'd run again. The signed artifacts from that engagement still verify, in your browser, today. No collection is happening for anyone right now; a new engagement is what turns it back on.

What you get

Daily briefings. Weekly synthesis. Queryable corpus.

Every morning of an engagement, a fresh analysis lands in your inbox. Weekly digests roll up patterns across your monitors. And when you need to dig deeper, ask questions directly to the corpus — your own local LLM handles the reasoning, no external API.

/01

Daily Briefs

Machine-synthesized summaries of your data, delivered every morning. Deterministic metrics + thematic synthesis. PDF or Markdown, your choice.

/02

Weekly Synthesis

Pattern detection across 7 days. Top movers, new entrants, persistence analysis. Structured JSON for your own downstream systems.

/03

Q&A Over Corpus

Ask the 30-day history directly. "Which competitors held positions for ≥21 days?" "What angles underperformed?" Answered by your local LLM in seconds.

/04

Zero Cloud Dependency

All LLM inference runs on owned hardware. No OpenAI. No Anthropic API. No questions about where your data lives or what it trains.

/05

Owned Analysis Stack

Vision models for image transcription, NLP for angle classification, RAG for synthesis — all running locally. Audit the code. Control the pipeline.

What a day's brief looked like

The deterministic layer — counts, persistence, format distribution, and top movers — anchored every brief in the closed 30-day POC. The thematic synthesis wrapped around it.

Every vertical on a monitor produces a deterministic layer (counts, persistence, top movers) plus a thematic synthesis (narrative patterns, anomalies, forward signals). For a real signed example you can verify in your browser — the full receipt, hash chain, and witness signature — see the EU AI Act compliance brief at /sample.

That brief is fully cryptographically attested — generated entirely on owned hardware, signed by a physical witness, verifiable in your browser. Specific verticals (legal research, regulatory monitoring, competitive intelligence, fraud signals) are scoped per-customer during onboarding.

Scope

Engagements scoped to fit.

We don’t publish a price sheet because no two intel engagements look the same. The 30-day campaign-intelligence POC (closing notes here) ran one vertical with Mon/Wed/Fri cadence, local compute, every brief signed against a live pulse. If something close to that shape would be useful, write us and we’ll size it honestly.

Provenance — the cryptographic floor under every report — is included by default, not upcharged. The whole point is the whole stack you can verify yourself. More on provenance →

FAQs
Can I use this for [my use case]?
Probably. The POC proved the model on legal case litigation and institutional abuse ad monitoring. But the core system is vertically agnostic — competitive intelligence, regulatory monitoring, market research, fraud detection. If you have daily data to monitor and patterns to surface, it works.
Where does my data live?
By default, data is stored and processed on hardware we own and operate in Detroit. All LLM inference is local — your data never touches a cloud API. On-premise deployment is available for engagements that need it.
What's "Provenance" and why would I want it?
For regulated workflows (legal discovery, EU AI Act compliance, financial audit), every report is cryptographically signed by a dedicated physical witness device — separate from the machine that generated it — and chained to a public entropy beacon. Auditors verify the chain in their own browser — no backend trust required. See the chain or verify a real signed report.
Can I ask custom questions against the corpus?
Yes. Engagements can include access to a token-gated Q&A portal. Ask the 30-day (or longer) corpus anything. Answered by the local LLM in seconds.
What if your LLM goes down?
Briefs are queued and regenerated, and you’re notified of any delay. Engagements that need stronger guarantees — including self-hosting — are scoped individually.
Do you have a contract?
Engagements are scoped individually — month-to-month is typical, longer terms negotiable. We don't lock you in on data; all your briefs, digests, and the corpus are exportable in standard formats.
