Holo — volumetric WebGPU viewer

Live raymarched plasma chamber. Tier 3-B/C/D Rail-WASM kernels feed real vorticity, LIC, and 192 RK2-advected tracer particles every pulse. Mobile / no-WebGPU browsers redirect to the WebGL2 viewer automatically.

Replay a deterministic frame sequence from recordings/<seed>/. Capture script lives at tools/plasma/capture_recording.sh. Scaffold is shipped; no public seeds captured yet.

Multi-witness consensus dashboard

Eight-state classifier over independent Ed25519-signed observations of the entropy beacon. Live endpoints fall back to /witness-fixtures/<node>.json when a publisher is offline so the page stays useful.

witness.sh + witness_push.sh exist in the repo and were verified against the public PUT endpoint. The Pi rollout to /witness/fleet0/latest is pending; until then the dashboard runs on a fixture.

Pi self-host + witness pubkey self-attestation

Rail compiles itself ON the Pi (98/137 tests pass natively on Linux ARM64). arena_reset Linux pool fix. fleet0.pub.pem now signs itself with the key it represents — a stale pulse_id reveals a silent witness.

Ten kernels exported from render.rail (vorticity, lic, particle_step, four scalar metrics, seed_ot, plus arena helpers). Headless validator on Apple's bundled jsc; same binary runs in Safari / Chrome WebGPU.

Spur — Rail-on-Rail flagship

9/30 (30%) single-checkpoint peak (Spur-v54: back-quarter compile.rail × LR=0.01). Ensemble across 44 checkpoints saturates at 24/30. Six unsolved tasks are Comprehension band — outside compile.rail's training distribution.
